This blog is presented by three teachers taking a Mathematics Primary/Junior Specialist Course at the University of Ottawa (Canada!). Our goal is to provide parents and teachers with excellent tools that promote learning without the hair-pulling homework session too often seen at home. You will find fun activities and computer games that are age specific and can be done at home, at the cottage, or even on a road trip. Learning can be fun and kids don't always need to "feel it". These activities are designed to be user friendly and should not require much adult input. They are all directly linked to the Mathematics Curriculum of Ontario.
